      Assistant to the President of Tatarstan, Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights Farid Abdulganiev, during a working trip to the Tukayev district, together with the head of the municipality Kamil Nazmiev, visited the agricultural cooperative "Unity" and the container terminal "One Belt and One Road." The purpose of the visit was to study successful business practices, assess the effectiveness of government support measures, and identify factors hindering the development of entrepreneurship. The agricultural consumer supply and sales cooperative "Unity," located in the village of Starye Yerykly, unites dozens of farmers and owners of personal subsidiary farms. The cooperative helps participants jointly organize storage, processing, and sales of products, as well as supplies grown vegetables to social institutions in Naberezhnye Chelny. The enterprise is currently completing the construction of an automated vegetable storage facility, which is being built with the support of a grant from the Ministry of Agriculture of Tatarstan. The head of the cooperative, the head of the Farmers' Association of the Tukayev district, and the public representative of the commissioner Mintalip Minekhanov, along with his son Ramis, introduced the guests to the production. He reported that the enterprise is implementing modern equipment, including sorting lines and automated storage systems. According to him, this allows for a reduction in manual labor and ensures stable product quality. Farid Abdulganiev noted that the cooperative's experience demonstrates the effectiveness of agribusiness development with proper organization of work and government support. In his opinion, such a model should be expanded to other districts of the republic. He also emphasized that creating favorable conditions for entrepreneurs remains one of the systemic tasks set by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. During the trip, the delegation also visited the container terminal "One Belt and One Road." Its capacity is 100,000 containers per year, the area of warehouse premises is 170,000 square meters, the length of railway tracks is 1,050 meters, and the infrastructure allows for the simultaneous reception of up to six trains. The terminal is focused on direct cargo transportation between Russia and China. The executive director of the terminal, Haidar Valiullin, reported that the launch of the complex opens up additional opportunities for business and simplifies enterprises' access to international markets. The head of the Tukayev district, Kamil Nazmiev, noted that entrepreneurs account for almost half of the municipality's economy. According to him, the district aims to reduce logistics costs for local producers and expand opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses. During the meeting, participants discussed the use of container transportation by SMEs and the creation of cooperative chains between the terminal and entrepreneurs. Summarizing the visit, Farid Abdulganiev emphasized that such working trips help better understand the needs of businesses and prepare targeted proposals for improving the business climate in the republic. He expressed confidence that the experience of the cooperative and the container terminal will be in demand in the further development of entrepreneurship in Tatarstan and will help make the conditions for doing business more comfortable.
