EGE-2026: Tatarstan entered the top three leaders in maximum scores

      In Tatarstan, 459 people scored 100 points on the Unified State Exam (USE). The absolute leader was St. Petersburg, where 914 graduates achieved 100 points. This was a record result for the city – in 2025, there were 536 such scores. The Moscow region came in second, with 836 students achieving the maximum result. Tatarstan recorded 459 perfect scores, while Krasnodar Krai had 416. This is the best result for Kuban in the last 12 years. In both regions, the number of graduates with maximum scores exceeds 350. A growth in the number of perfect scores is also noted in the Rostov region, where 216 maximum scores have already been recorded. An outstanding result is highlighted in Moscow: a student from the engineering pre-professional class, Ekaterina Malkova, scored a maximum of 500 points across five subjects – Russian language, advanced mathematics, chemistry, physics, and computer science. This is the first such case in the 25 years of the USE. Several regions improved their performance compared to 2025 in the main period of 2026. In Sakhalin, Buryatia, Novosibirsk, Leningrad, Kaluga, and Penza regions, the number of perfect scores nearly doubled. Record figures are also noted in Kirov region (94 results), Tyumen region (95), Ryazan region (43), Kamchatka (11), and Adygea (14). A noticeable increase is observed in Bashkortostan, where 183 graduates received 100 points in one of the subjects compared to 159 the previous year. In Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, the number of perfect scores increased by 37% compared to 2025. In the North Caucasus regions, except for Stavropol Krai, preliminary data shows that fewer than 50 people scored 100 points on the USE. The lowest figures were recorded in Tuva and Chukotka – three results each, in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug and Magadan region – two each.
