Together with Izolda. The power of cooperation: filming has concluded in Tatarstan for a movie about people, family, and unity.
In Kazan and the districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, the filming of a documentary by the Russian University of Cooperation has been completed, dedicated to the people for whom cooperation has become not just a profession, but a way of life that unites generations, families, and entire territories. The film tells the story of people who daily develop their native districts, preserving the main values of cooperation — mutual assistance, trust, and responsibility. The main characters of the film are families from different generations, each of which reveals the meaning of cooperation in its own way. The young family of Ismagilovs from Bogatyye Saby shows how today one can build a future by combining family, professional development, and public activities. Through their story, the authors reveal the modern dimension of cooperation — as a space of opportunities where one can realize oneself while staying close to loved ones and working for the good of their district. An equally important part of the film is the story of the cooperative dynasty of Khusnutdinovs — Mukhametshins from the Kamsko-Ustyinsky district. The heroes of the film are the families of Rima Khusnutdinov and his sister Amina Mukhametshina. For over 27 years, they have been developing their own business in the consumer cooperative system. The foundation of this family dynasty was laid by Rima's parents — Rushaniya Fathullovna, who worked for many years as the chief accountant of a bakery, and Gafiyat Gainullovich, who headed the district consumer society. It was they who instilled in their children respect for labor, responsibility, and cooperative values, which continue to live on in the new generation of the family today. Today, the families of Rima and Amina successfully develop their own business in the consumer cooperative system. They manage bakery production enterprises and a retail network, providing residents of the Kamsko-Ustyinsky and Apastovsky districts with quality products. Through their daily work, the film shows that cooperation is not only about the economy but also about responsibility towards people, their district, and future generations. The legendary Brazilian actress Lucelia Santos, known worldwide for her role as Izadora, added a special atmosphere to the project. In the film, she becomes not just a guest but a full-fledged heroine. By communicating with the families of cooperators, getting to know their everyday life, traditions, and daily labor, Lucelia discovers Russian cooperation through the destinies of people who have dedicated their lives to the development of their native territories. Her perspective helps to see the main point: true strength is born where people know how to unite. The documentary has become part of the preparation for the International Forum on Consumer Cooperation "Youth of Cooperation: Uniting Resources for Industry Development," which will take place in Kazan from July 8 to 10.
