A child of any age needs emotional support and emotional upbringing. However, problems arise in life that seem insurmountable, leading to deep emotional experiences, longing, anxiety, and even despair.       The establishment of a unified children's helpline number in the territory of the Russian Federation has made it possible to provide emergency consultative and psychological assistance by phone to children, adolescents, and their parents (or guardians).
