According to him, the authorities are currently taking measures to ensure that the regions receive additional volumes of fuel. A temporary ban on the export of gasoline and diesel has also been introduced for this purpose. The main task is to meet the needs of the domestic market first and to prevent disruptions in supplies. Novak noted that the country has sufficient capacity for oil refining and that Russia is fully supplied with fuel. The government continues to work to ensure that the production of petroleum products remains at the necessary level. At the same time, the Deputy Prime Minister drew attention to the attempts of some resellers to take advantage of the situation and raise prices. According to him, the Federal Antimonopoly Service and regional headquarters need to closely monitor the price situation. Major oil companies, as Novak noted, keep fuel prices at their gas stations within the limits of inflation. TATNEFT reported that the company maintains stable prices at its own gas stations. However, some gas stations operate under a franchise, so the company does not directly determine their pricing policy. At the same time, TATNEFT stated that it would work on socially responsible pricing for fuel.
