The video of a man bullying a small child in Kazan is being investigated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
A video showing a man abusing a small child was published in one of Kazan's online communities. According to social media reports, the incident took place in the yard of a residential building on Nazarbaev Street. The recording shows an aggressive man, presumably the boy's father, beating the child, almost throwing him onto the asphalt, swinging his arms at him, and even attempting to kick him in the head.
A passerby witnessed the horrific scene. At first, the man watched what was happening, then the aggressor approached him, and the passerby disappeared from the frame. After that, the enraged citizen returned to the boy and continued to torment him.
For ethical reasons, we cannot publish the full version of the video recording; however, the material has already been submitted to law enforcement agencies. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Kazan informed "Tatar-inform" that the recording was discovered by police during social media monitoring. An investigation is currently underway regarding this matter.
"During the monitoring of social networks and messengers, Kazan police officers identified a video recording in which an unknown man struck a minor child during a conflict in the yard of one of the houses in the Vakhitovsky district. An investigation is currently being conducted regarding this fact. Based on its results, a procedural decision will be made in accordance with current legislation," the agency was told by the city’s Ministry of Internal Affairs.
