      It will include projects for the modernization of industry, tourism, education, healthcare, improvement, and preservation of cultural heritage. This was announced in an interview with Tatar-inform by the mayor of Bugulma, Damir Fatakhov. According to him, the anniversary will not be an end in itself, but a logical conclusion of five years of work in all directions. Currently, the "Bugulma-250" program is being developed in collaboration with republican agencies. The organizing committee is headed by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Alexey Pesoshin, and by the end of the year, the authorities plan to approve a city development plan until 2031. Special emphasis will be placed on tourism: it is expected that Bugulma will take a worthy place on the tourist map of the republic, aided by the improvement project of Karabash Lake and the restoration of more than 50 architectural monuments. However, the main priority is the economy. Fatakhov emphasized that without new production and jobs, any infrastructure investments are meaningless: "there will be no one to drive on the repaired streets and take children to school." The program will also include the modernization of the healthcare system, the development of education, and the creation of a modern urban environment.
