It is noted that through this simple and sincere plot, the artist will show how love, care, and respect for one's roots are passed down from generation to generation. In August, at the finale of the Volga Federal District project "FormArt," Alexander Popov will present Tatarstan in Kirov with a sketch of this mural. The "FormART" festival has been held since 2020 at the initiative of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District, Igor Komarov. The goal of the festival is to support young artists and develop the modern urban environment.
