The Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan presented a new digital assistant "Yuldash" – an intelligent service that helps young people navigate state support measures, grant competitions, youth infrastructure, and educational opportunities. The service is currently launched in test mode, but the developers plan to collect feedback and continuously improve its functionality. The project was created by Innopolis University student Yegor Shvetsov, and the platform itself was developed with the support of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Tatarstan – Territory of Opportunities" and the Yandex Cloud Technology Center for Society. The Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Kadyrov, noted that modern digital technologies should help young people find development opportunities more quickly: "Today, support measures, grants, youth spaces, and educational projects are available, but it can be challenging for a young person to quickly understand all of this. "Yuldash" combines these opportunities into one service. Such a tool helps save time and focus on implementing one's own ideas. I would like to remind you that supporting such initiatives aligns with the goals and objectives of the national project "Youth and Children." "Yuldash" combines several services in one window. Users can obtain information about federal and republican support measures, select grant competitions and forums, check project applications with the help of artificial intelligence, create a digital portfolio, and find youth spaces in Tatarstan for studying, working, and implementing their own initiatives. Special attention was given by the developers to the grant application verification system. The neural network analyzes the project text, identifies weaknesses, and offers recommendations for improvement before submission for the competition. The project has already gone beyond the regional initiative. Its author submitted "Yuldash" to the All-Russian Student Competition "Your Move," where the service will compete for victory among the best youth projects in the country.
