      In a national address regarding this, U.S. President Donald Trump stated that American authorities are declassifying intelligence materials that, according to him, indicate a high vulnerability of the country's electoral infrastructure.

      Trump also stated that, according to U.S. intelligence estimates, "adversaries" of the country, including Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, and non-state groups, have the ability to influence the U.S. electoral system.
