Employees of the Personnel Center "Work of Russia" in Zainsk held a career guidance game for children at the "Constellation" camp.

      The center's team organized a series of activities for all groups of the children's health camp "Constellation," dedicated to introducing them to the world of professions. 107 children participated in three team challenges: the quest "EnergyPolis," which immersed them in modern professions, the game "Crocodile," where specialties were explained only through gestures and facial expressions, and a thematic word search to find encrypted names of professions in letter mazes. All tasks were aimed at developing logic, erudition, and teamwork skills. The organizers noted that the children engaged in the process with great interest and showed excellent results. The event helped the young participants not only expand their understanding of in-demand specialties in their hometown but also practice skills that will be useful in any profession in the future. The personnel center plans to continue such outreach meetings to introduce schoolchildren to the world of work in the most engaging format.
