      The security company "Armada" has been included in the register of unscrupulous suppliers for inadequate protection of the Kazan Zoo. According to the antimonopoly authorities, a contract worth nearly 6 million rubles for the security of the Zoo Botanical Garden was signed in December 2025. Under its terms, the security personnel were supposed to be on duty around the clock, ensure access control, and provide anti-terrorism protection. However, in the spring of 2026, the client began to record gross violations. For instance, the guards could fall asleep at their posts, fail to show up for their shifts, arrive in a state of alcohol intoxication, or leave the site without permission. The Zoo Botanical Garden sent two official complaints, but the violations were not rectified. As a result, the client unilaterally terminated the contract and sent information regarding "Armada" to the Tatarstan FAS for inclusion in the register of unscrupulous suppliers (RNP). "When considering this appeal, it was taken into account that the Kazan Zoo Botanical Garden is a place of mass gathering of people, primarily families with children. Systematic failure to fulfill security obligations for such a facility created risks for the safety of visitors," the antimonopoly service explained. Both the company itself and its director and founder were included in the RNP. For two years, they are deprived of the right to participate in state and municipal procurement.

      The agency noted that Kazan's "Armada" is not appearing in the "black list" for the first time. For similar reasons, the company was included in the RNP for failing to fulfill contracts for the security of the Republican Clinical Hospital (RKB) and the Republican Children's Hospital (DRKB).
