      In Tatarstan, the employment rate of veterans of the special military operation who have completed their service is 74%. Many return to their previous jobs or find new employment. This was reported by the Minister of Labor, Employment, and Social Protection of Tatarstan, Elmira Zaripova, during a live broadcast at the Regional Management Center. To support the employment of participants in the special military operation in the republic, a law on job quotas is in effect. At enterprises with more than 200 employees, one percent of jobs must be allocated for participants of the special operation. Administrative fines are imposed for non-compliance with these requirements. Zaripova also reminded that veterans and their family members can visit the portal "Work in Russia. Labor for All," where assistance is provided in creating resumes and finding suitable vacancies.
