Five deputies of the State Duma from Tatarstan made it into the top 100 utility rating.

      Deputies of the State Duma from Tatarstan Maxim Topilin, Oleg Morozov, Alfiya Kogogina, Aidar Metshin, and Ilya Wolfson have entered the top-100 ranking of the usefulness of deputies in the lower house of parliament. The results of the 28th study were published on the "Deputy Club" website. Topilin rose from 87th place to 54th with a usefulness coefficient of 39.13, Kogogina from 99th to 79th (UC - 35.66). Wolfson improved his result by two positions to 97th place (UC - 34.53). At the same time, Metshin dropped from 84th to 94th place (UC - 34.64), and Morozov from 68th to 76th (UC - 35.78). Additionally, Topilin and Wolfson made it into the top-50 of the expert index, taking 23rd and 41st places respectively. In the popular voting index, Metshin was awarded 9th place, and Morozov 29th. Among all deputies of the State Duma, the chairman of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes Andrey Makarov secured the 1st place, followed by the chairman of the Committee on State Construction and Legislation Pavel Krasheninnikov. The trio is completed by the deputy chair of the State Duma Irina Yarovaya. The study was conducted from April to July of this year. The ranking is based on four unbalanced indices: popular voting, the activity of the deputy in the State Duma, media presence, and expert assessment of work in the region. The authors of the ranking are political scientist, associate professor at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation Alexey Martynov and director of the Political Analysis Center Pavel Danilin.
