Among the requirements is the presence of an educational and scientific center of the enterprise in Tatarstan with an area of at least 3,500 square meters and the payment of taxes to the republic's budget for at least three years. As part of the project, it is planned to develop at least five educational programs in collaboration with enterprises. Their implementation is expected to begin on September 1, 2027.
