      In the village of Shemordan in the Sabinsky District of Tatarstan, a reporting and program forum "Working for Results!" was held, where the results of the implementation of the people's program over the past five years were summarized and further directions for the development of the municipality were outlined. Participants of the forum included the head of the Sabinsky District of Tatarstan, Rais Minnikhanov, State Duma Deputy Irek Boguslavsky, Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Sergey Kotnikov, heads of enterprises and organizations, heads of rural settlements, representatives of public associations and labor collectives. Before the start of the forum, as part of the charity campaign "Help Get Ready for School!", the head of the district's education department, Fuat Shakirov, presented first-graders with school backpacks filled with necessary school supplies. Opening the event, Rais Minnikhanov noted that despite the challenging years associated with the pandemic and new challenges, the district continued to implement all key projects. "We did not take a single step back. And in the future, we will remain united. Everything depends on us," emphasized the head of the municipality. The forum reminded that the people's program was formed in 2021 based on nearly 2.5 million proposals from residents of the country and today covers all major areas of development – from the construction of social facilities to the improvement of territories and social gasification. The head of the Shemordan rural settlement, Albert Valiev, spoke about the socio-economic results of the five-year period. According to him, despite the serious challenges of recent years, the district managed to maintain stable development and improve key economic indicators. By the end of 2025, the Sabinsky District ranked 12th in the rating of socio-economic development in Tatarstan, rising four positions compared to the previous year. The gross territorial product of the district reached 29.8 billion rubles, increasing by more than one and a half times compared to 2021 – to 151.2 percent. A significant contribution to this result was made by the growth of investments: last year alone, their volume exceeded 7.5 billion rubles. Positive dynamics are also noted in industry. If in 2021 the volume of shipped goods, completed works, and provided services amounted to 3.8 billion rubles, then in 2025 this figure nearly doubled – to 7.2 billion rubles. Significant changes also occurred in the social sphere. Over the past five years, ten schools have been capital repaired under the republican program, with a total funding volume of nearly 625 million rubles. In eight educational institutions, food blocks were updated as part of the national project "Education," and modern educational centers "Point of Growth" opened in eight schools. Special attention at the forum was paid to the development of infrastructure and improving the quality of life for residents of the district, emphasizing that the implemented projects became possible thanks to the joint work of federal and republican authorities, the municipality, and the residents of Sabinsky.

      Summarizing the meeting, participants noted that the results achieved confirm the effectiveness of a comprehensive approach to the development of territories. "A lot has been done in the republic over the past five years. These results were made possible by a simple principle – to work together with people and in the interests of people. This is confirmed by federal ratings. Tatarstan ranks sixth in Russia in terms of gross regional product, fifth in investments, and fourth in industrial production and agriculture," it was stated at the conclusion of the forum.
