"Thanks to our joint efforts, the President of the Russian Federation appointed him as chairman. I believe that his life and professional experience will be enough to support the court at the proper level. The Chelny court has always been a locomotive in all matters. The 44-panel court is the second largest after Tolyatti. The 45th panel will be created soon. According to statistics, your workload is approximately at the level of the republic. Radik Zinnatov was born in 1973 in the Yubileiny settlement of the Kremyachinsky district of the Perm region. He graduated from Kazan State University. He holds a PhD in law. His total work experience is over 28 years, with 23 years as a judge. He previously worked in the prosecutor's office and as a justice of the peace. In 2025, he was appointed chairman of the Tukayev district court, having held a similar position from 2013 to 2019.
