Almetyevsk — a territory of sports

Today, on Physical Culture Day, we tell how the sports infrastructure of our district has developed over the past five years. In Tatarstan, new sports facilities are built annually, large-scale programs for the capital repair and modernization of existing structures are implemented. As repeatedly emphasized by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgaliyevich Minnikhanov, the development of physical culture and sports is one of our priorities. The regional leadership systematically implements the development of sports infrastructure. Over the past five years, with invaluable support from PJSC "Tatneft," oil and other enterprises, and private philanthropists, the following facilities have been built:

An ice palace in the village of Abdrakhmanovo (2022). It includes a football field, athletic tracks, outdoor exercise equipment, and a ski base. A base for the children's hockey team "Batyr."

The village of Taisugano — a football field with artificial turf and a GTO site. Built under the national project "Sport is the norm of life."

School "Aydymnar" — a hockey rink, a football field, outdoor exercise equipment, two gyms, and a 25-meter swimming pool. Here, the project "Triathlon in School" was launched for the first time in Russia.

Industrial Square — a concrete skate park of 8,000 square meters for BMX, SKATE, and KIKSCOOT activities.

Boulevard of Enlightenment — a pump track, outdoor exercise equipment, tables for tennis and chess, and a "Panna" site.

A universal site on M. Jalil Street, 26.

A site for city sports — opened in the city park with the support of oil workers and the Veterans Council.

Sports Center "PHYSICAL EDUCATION" (2024) — a federal project "Business Sprint." Two mini-football fields, exercise equipment, tennis tables.

College of Physical Culture — reconstruction of the football field and "Smart Site" (2023).

The village of Blizhniye Yamashi (2025) — a universal sports site under the national project "Infrastructure for Life."

The village of Kulsharipovo — a GTO site.

In 2024, Almetyevsk was recognized as the best city in Tatarstan for organizing mass physical culture and health work and received an award from the Ministry of Sports of the Republic for implementing the GTO complex. We maintain the bar and continue to work!
