      As part of the federal program "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment," the improvement of public space in the urban-type settlement of Bogatyye Saby continues. Currently, active work is underway on the second phase of the "Belyakech" park – this facility is key in the current stage of the area's improvement. Let us remind you that the first phase of the project was successfully implemented in 2025. During the previous stage, the contractor LLC "SK Akvarey" completed the site planning, installation of decorative concrete surfaces, and the construction of a modern toilet module with all necessary external engineering networks connected. Work is being carried out in strict accordance with the approved project and estimate documentation and schedule.

      Progress of work on the second phase of the "Belyakech" park

      The contractor LLC "STK Akvarey" is constructing the second phase. Currently, the following types of work are being carried out at the site:

      - construction of a gazebo – installation of the structure is underway;

      - installation of small architectural forms (SAF) – placement of landscaping elements is ongoing;

      - installation of lighting fixtures – lighting of the area is being provided;

      - installation of children's playground equipment – conditions for the comfortable leisure of young visitors are being created;

      - installation of an automatic irrigation system and lawn seeding – work on landscaping and automatic irrigation of the area is ongoing.

      Tree planting is scheduled for the end of August 2026.

      Completion timelines

      In 2027, the third phase will begin, which will be completed in the IV quarter of 2027.

      Project goal

      The implementation of the project aims to create a modern and comfortable public space for residents and guests of the Sabinsky district. The "Belyakech" park will become a place for relaxation, walks, and active leisure, meeting the highest standards of improvement. The Infrastructure Development Department of the Executive Committee of the Sabinsky Municipal District continues to monitor the progress of work at the site.
