Who can refuel without waiting in line at gas stations in Tatarstan?

      People with disabilities can be served at gas stations without waiting in the general queue. This right is provided for citizens with disabilities of groups I and II, as well as for children with limited health capabilities. The benefit can be used on the condition that the person with a disability is present at the gas station in person. It does not matter who is driving the car. One special sign "Disabled," placed on the vehicle, is not enough to confirm the right to service out of turn. The gas station employee must be presented with a document confirming the disability. Starting from May 2026, this can be done not only in paper form but also through a personal account on the "Gosuslugi" portal. Since the disability certificate does not contain a photograph, the gas station worker has the right to additionally request a passport. After confirming the right to the benefit, the gas station staff must ensure the ability to approach the fuel pump and make payment without waiting in the general queue. Participants of the Great Patriotic War, Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation, and full holders of the Order of Glory also have the right to refuel without waiting in line.
