Bilyarsk is among the best projects in Russia!

At the forum "Development of Small Towns and Historical Settlements," the winners of the All-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment were announced. The award ceremony took place in Moscow at the National Center "Russia." On this day, a plenary session was held with the participation of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mishustin. Our project "Improvement of the Historical Center of Bilyarsk within the boundaries of Lenin, Uritsky, and Krasnoborskaya Streets" was among the winners and received federal support in the amount of 68.9 million rubles. Considering the republican and municipal co-financing, the total cost of implementation will exceed 120 million rubles. The work will be carried out as part of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" and the federal project "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment." The project provides for a comprehensive transformation of the historical center of Bilyarsk. A new pedestrian promenade is planned, as well as the improvement of a tourist cluster around "Selpo," a park near the House of Culture with a fountain, a memorial park, a walking area along the Bilyarka River leading to the "Sources" park, and fair and sports zones. All spaces will be connected into a single route, with special attention paid to preserving the historical character of the village.

For Bilyarsk, this is another important step forward. We are consistently developing it as a comfortable place to live and one of the key tourist points in Tatarstan. A lot of work lies ahead — now our task is to implement this project effectively.
