The International Forum Kazan Digital Week - 2026 will take place in Kazan from October 29 to 31.

      The event will take place at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center in both in-person and online formats, ensuring maximum access for all participants from around the world. The Forum is organized by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Association for the Promotion of Digital Development, guaranteeing the highest level and strategic significance of the event. The mission of the forum is to develop a sustainable ecosystem of trusted digital technologies, connecting Russian and foreign partners for the joint creation and scaling of innovations in key sectors of the economy and public administration. Representatives of government authorities, businesses, scientific and educational institutions, as well as developers and users of digital technologies, software, and high-tech products are invited to participate in the International Forum Kazan Digital Week – 2026. Registration for Forum participants is open now and will be available until October 20, 2026.

      The International Forum Kazan Digital Week – 2026 invites companies to become partners of one of the main events in the field of digital technologies. Partnership opens up opportunities for brand promotion, presentation of innovations, and establishment of business connections. In 2026, five partnership packages will be available, including participation in the business program and exhibition, branding of venues, and special promotion opportunities. During the forum, an exhibition of high-tech developments, software, hardware-software complexes, and working samples of equipment will take place at Kazan Expo. More than 300 companies are expected to participate in 10 thematic areas, showcasing the latest technologies and innovative solutions. Eight options for standard construction have been prepared for exhibitors, as well as unoccupied spaces starting from 15 sq. m.

      The “IT Leader” competition is a unique award that brings together developers, businesses, and users, showcasing advanced IT solutions to a wide audience and fostering dialogue among participants in the domestic industry. The main goal of the project is to popularize and identify promising solutions, enhance the competitiveness of Russian developments, and strengthen the positive image of domestic IT specialists. Leading companies will be recognized in ten thematic areas at the forum. The application campaign for participation in the “IT Leader” award will last until August 31, 2026.

      A series of webinars is being held in the lead-up to the forum from May to October 2026. Announcements are available on the official website.

      A hackathon marathon is taking place in the lead-up to the forum from November 2025 to October 2026. Programmers, analysts, and data scientists are invited to participate. Information about the hackathons is posted on the website kazandigitallegends.com.

      A collection of scientific articles on the forum's thematic areas will be published following the event. Articles are accepted in strict accordance with the thematic directions. The author must specify the thematic direction of the article. All articles undergo verification by the “Anti-plagiarism” program and double-blind peer review. After selection by the expert group, articles will be published in the forum materials collection. Publication in journals reviewed by the Higher Attestation Commission and indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index is possible. Articles are accepted until September 1, 2026, on the website kazandigitalweek.com.

      From May to August, an open startup competition is held, the winners of which will have the opportunity to present their projects at the exhibition and participate in pitch sessions in person during the KDW – 2026 forum. Startups related to the development of information technologies within the framework of the Forum's directions can participate in the selection. Finalists will present their projects to invited experts, investors, and representatives of corporations over the three days of the event.

      As part of the Forum, a Job Fair will be held at the exhibition venue – an exhibition of leading employer companies. Participants will have the opportunity to communicate personally with HR specialists, learn about in-demand vacancies, and present themselves to potential employers.
