After the start of the special military operation, Ayrat, who lives in Buinsk, received a summons at his parents' house in the village. He informed his brothers — Marat, who lives in the village, and Rinat, who lives in Kazan — that he would definitely go to serve, as he needed to be close to his comrades. After training at "Kazan Expo," the boys from Buinsk went to the special military operation zone. Since then, the two sisters and brothers have been living in daily anticipation of news from their loved ones. A year later, Rinat realized that he could not stay on the sidelines and signed a contract to go to the special military operation zone. Today, both brothers are protecting us from the enemy. Recently, Rinat was injured in a shell explosion and is currently in the hospital. We managed to contact him. He went to military service under contract in July 2023, while his younger brother Ayrat and nephew Arslan from the same village were already there — both were called up for mobilization. Rinat admits that he went to the front to be a support for his loved ones. They did not manage to meet at the front. In December 2025, Ayrat, having been injured, was treated in a Kazan hospital. At the same time, Rinat came on leave. The meeting of the two brother-soldiers took place in the hospital. Rinat's combat path began with participation in battles for the city of Bakhmut in the Donetsk People's Republic. He served as a gunner in the artillery. The commanders, noticing his excellent observational skills, transferred him to reconnaissance, giving him the call sign "Afonya." The battles for the city of Konstantinovka will forever remain in his memory. Our interlocutor noted that it is impossible to convey all the bravery of comrades and their readiness to help each other over the phone. In those battles, the platoon lost its commander, who was a reliable support for each soldier. Despite this, the Russian military managed to liberate Konstantinovka. In the photograph, the soldier has several medals hanging on his chest. When we asked what feats they testify to, he replied: — The Suvorov Medal was awarded for identifying and destroying an enemy calculation, the Medal "For Distinction in Military Service" II class — for the evacuation of a fallen officer.
