      Residents of Tatarstan left about 2,700 reviews on the implementation of national projects. The overwhelming majority of them are positive or neutral, with such opinions reaching 85%. Only in 2026 did residents send about 500 comments.

      The system for collecting public opinions has been in operation since 2023. During this period, residents of Tatarstan left approximately 2,000 positive responses and over 260 neutral remarks.

      This year, residents are paying special attention to two areas: the improvement of parks and squares (under the national project "Infrastructure for Life") and the condition of educational institutions built or renovated under the national project "Youth and Children." Around 75% of reviews on these topics are positive or neutral. To collect feedback on all socially significant facilities reconstructed or built under national projects, QR codes have been placed, allowing comments to be left. All complaints and critical remarks received are forwarded to local authorities and relevant ministries, where measures to address the issues are formulated and implemented.

      Funding for national projects in Tatarstan in 2026 reached about 54 billion rubles, which is 20.6% more than last year's figure. The funds are allocated for the implementation of 45 regional projects that are part of 12 national projects.

      Among the key plans are the improvement of 42 parks and squares, modernization of 17 engineering infrastructure facilities (under the national projects "Infrastructure for Life" and "Ecology"). The republic will also complete the reclamation of sludge fields in Kazan and clear the bed of the Melekeska River in Naberezhnye Chelny.

      Under the national projects "All the Best for Children" and "Family," the construction of six kindergartens, renovation of two preschool institutions, and 36 schools in municipal districts are planned. Additionally, major repairs are planned for the Lemayev College of Petrochemistry and Oil Refining in Nizhnekamsk and the Gabdulla Tukay Pedagogical College in Arsk.

      As part of the regional project "Family Values," four art schools will be built, and repairs will be conducted on 22 cultural facilities.

      Work on the development of road infrastructure will continue in Tatarstan — the construction and reconstruction of roads and bridges. Institutions will be equipped with modern equipment, and social sectors will be transitioned to digital formats. Existing support measures for families with children and entrepreneurs will also be maintained.

      As of July 1, 2026, 20.6 billion rubles have already been spent on the implementation of national projects, which is 38% of the annual volume of allocated funds.
