Tatarstan holds second place in Russia for issuing the "Pushkin Card."

      A meeting on the implementation of the federal youth project "Pushkin Card" took place at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Leila Fazleeva, with the main report presented by the Minister of Culture of the Republic, Irada Ayupova. According to the department, Tatarstan ranks second in the nationwide rating for issuing "Pushkin Cards." The share of card reissues in the region reached 70%—significantly higher than the national average of 51%. At the same time, there are still 106,000 young people in the republic who have not reissued their cards. Per thousand people in the target audience, Tatarstan is among the top five leaders in the country for ticket sales and the number of organized cultural events. Among state cultural institutions, the most popular among cardholders are: "Tatarkino" - 15,970 tickets; National Museum of Tatarstan - 11,026 tickets; K. Tinchurina Theater - 8,834 tickets; G. Tukay Philharmonic - 7,937 tickets; Almetyevsk Music College named after F. Z. Yarullin - 2,846 tickets. The leaders among municipal districts in terms of the number of tickets purchased were: Naberezhnye Chelny - 17,299 tickets; Chistopol District - 10,501 tickets; Nizhnekamsk District - 10,302 tickets; Almetyevsk District - 8,250 tickets; Tetyushsky District - 8,006 tickets. For two consecutive years, Tatarstan has confirmed its status as one of the most successful regions in the field of cultural education for youth. Following the results of 2024 and 2025, the republic became a laureate of the Ministry of Culture of Russia's "Pushkin Card" award. The award recognizes effective practices for engaging youth in cultural life, the introduction of new work formats, and coordinated inter-agency interaction.
