Residents of Tatarstan assessed the quality of national project implementation: 85% of reviews are positive.

      The feedback platform for national projects has collected about 2,700 opinions from the residents of Tatarstan. The overwhelming majority of evaluations are positive: 85% of comments characterize the work as positive or neutral. Only in 2026, about 500 new appeals were received. The mechanism for collecting opinions was launched in 2023, and during this time, more than 2,000 positive responses and over 260 neutral ones have accumulated. In the current season, Tatarstan residents most often express their opinions about the condition of parks and squares updated under the national project "Infrastructure for Life," as well as about new and renovated schools within the project "Youth and Children." The share of positive and neutral evaluations in these areas reaches 75%. Leaving a rating is simple: just scan the QR code placed on any socially significant object built or reconstructed under the national project. Critical remarks do not go unnoticed — they are recorded and sent to municipalities and relevant ministries for corrective measures to be taken. Funding for national initiatives in the region is increasing. In 2026, about 54 billion rubles have been allocated for the implementation of 45 regional projects as part of 12 national ones — this is 20.6% more than last year. It is planned to improve 42 public areas, modernize 17 engineering facilities, complete the reclamation of sludge fields in Kazan, and clear the Melekska River in Naberezhnye Chelny. In the field of education, six new kindergartens will be built, two preschool institutions and 36 schools will be renovated, and the material and technical base of the College of Petrochemistry in Nizhnekamsk and the Arsk Pedagogical College will be updated. Under the "Family Values" project, four art schools will be built, and 22 cultural facilities will be put in order. The development of the road network, digitalization of social services, and support for families with children will continue.

      As of July 1, 2026, 20.6 billion rubles have been utilized, which is 38% of the annual budget for national projects.
