The camel-postman will deliver a letter to Putin.
In the Moscow region, the reconstruction of the world's only "Camel Post" has opened at the ethnopark "Nomad." A two-humped Kalmyk Bactrian named Altai walked through the park with a bag full of letters and dropped the correspondence into a special mailbox. Among the sent letters is an envelope for the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, reports RIA Novosti. The project's author, Valery Sushkov, explained that the idea of sending a letter to the head of state is connected to his collection of postage stamps. The envelope will be delivered to the addressee via the Russian Post. Previously, Sushkov had already organized reconstructions of bee, falcon, dog, and cat mail. Plans are in place to launch ostrich and snail mail. Photo: generated by AI / TNV
