On one of the federal TV channels, it was reported about the collapse of a stairwell in the entrance of a multi-apartment residential building in the city of Kazan. As a result, one of the residents of the building was injured and received medical assistance.
In connection with this incident, the investigative authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan have initiated a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet safety requirements).
