The student team members of "KAMAZ" met with Alfiya Kogogina and Siren Galiakberov.
On August 19, a "Meeting without Ties" took place at the youth center "Nur," where participants of the student labor squad "KAMAZ" met with State Duma deputy Alfiya Kogogina and the Deputy General Director of PJSC "KAMAZ" for security, Siren Galiakberov. The dialogue between students and guests was open. The leaders shared their life paths in student squads and offered guidance to the youth. "Communicating with young people, debating important issues, and building joint plans is a real luxury! The guys have been coming to Naberezhnye Chelny for the fifth year to test themselves in a professional environment. In addition to work, they participate in sports and creative events, charitable actions, and learn about the history of the city and the automotive giant. It is important that within the framework of the project, an active mentoring system is practiced: three students who previously came to the factory have taken on leadership positions," noted Alfiya Kogogina at the end of the meeting. This year, "KAMAZ" is accepting 330 students from 19 regions in the labor project of Russian student squads: Arkhangelsk, Krasnodar, Belgorod, Voronezh, Omsk, Barnaul, Tver, Kostroma, Ulyanovsk, Orenburg, Penza, Chelyabinsk, Ufa, Yoshkar-Ola, Khanty-Mansiysk, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, and Tatarstan. Young people are working at the Automobile, Foundry, Press-frame plants, Bridge Factory, and Engine Factory.
