In addition to work, they participate in sports and creative events, charitable actions, and learn about the history of the city and the automotive giant. It is important that within the framework of the project, an active mentoring system is practiced: three students who previously came to the factory have taken on leadership positions," noted Alfiya Kogogina at the end of the meeting. This year, "KAMAZ" is accepting 330 students from 19 regions in the labor project of Russian student squads: Arkhangelsk, Krasnodar, Belgorod, Voronezh, Omsk, Barnaul, Tver, Kostroma, Ulyanovsk, Orenburg, Penza, Chelyabinsk, Ufa, Yoshkar-Ola, Khanty-Mansiysk, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, and Tatarstan. Young people are working at the Automobile, Foundry, Press-frame plants, Bridge Factory, and Engine Factory.
