In the Republic of Tatarstan, there is a branch of the State Fund for Supporting Participants of the Special Military Operation "Defenders of the Fatherland," established by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated April 3, 2023, No. 232. The fund provides personal social support to veterans of the SVO and the families of fallen soldiers. The fund assists in obtaining all the necessary support measures, including: medical and social rehabilitation; medication provision; psychological assistance; provision of rehabilitation equipment and sanatorium-resort treatment; assistance in retraining and employment of veterans. Residents of the Bavlinsky district who belong to the categories of SVO veterans and families of fallen soldiers can apply for assistance from the Fund.
