      The Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography for Tatarstan published data on land transactions for July. A total of 7,984 transactions were registered in the republic, which is 11.6% more than in July of last year (7,153). The main activity was in the areas outside of Kazan. There, the number of transactions increased by 12.2% — from 6,275 to 7,043. In Kazan itself, the dynamics were more modest: 941 transactions compared to 878 a year ago, an increase of 7.2%. At the same time, compared to June, the market slowed down somewhat. In June, there were 8,062 transactions in Tatarstan — 1% more than in July. In Kazan, the decline was 13.4% (from 1,086 to 941), while in the districts, on the contrary, there was a slight increase of 1%. In July 2026, Tatarstan registered 7,984 land transactions — 11.6% more than a year ago.
