As part of the federal project "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment," the first phase of the improvement of a new observation deck with a panoramic view of the city in the central park of culture and recreation named after M. Gorky has been completed. The area of improvement was 0.25 hectares. During the work, paving slabs were laid, an observation deck with a railing and built-in lighting was arranged, extending 2.5 meters beyond the edge of the foundation, automatic irrigation and video surveillance systems were installed. For the convenience of visitors, an outdoor lighting system was installed, landscaping was carried out, and benches and trash bins were placed.
