106 employees of the plant received certificates for the Electronic Board of Honor. As part of the HR Club "The Main Thing is People," heads of HR departments from 45 enterprises in the republic, led by the Minister of Labor of the Republic of Tatarstan Elmira Zaripova, visited "Kazanorgsintez." The meeting was dedicated to the professional adaptation of veterans of the Special Military Operation in the workplace. Delegation participants familiarized themselves with the production, visited the health center and laboratories, and saw psychological relief rooms. The Minister emphasized that it is important not only how ready the veteran is to return to work but also the readiness of the team to accept a person with new experience. Zaripova reminded that as of September 1, a law on the quota of jobs for veterans of the Special Military Operation came into force in Tatarstan. Employers with more than 200 employees are required to allocate 1% of their staff for the employment of veterans.
