In total, nearly 1,400 small and medium enterprises from 40 regions in Russia have become suppliers for "Farmer's Islands." Since the beginning of 2026, 89 new producers have started shipping their products, bringing the total number of organized retail points to 107. The "Farmer's Island" represents a retail space in the format of "store within a store" (less often a standalone pavilion or non-stationary facility). Its area is approximately 15–30 square meters. The site unites several farmers into a cooperative, where they share rental costs, do not compete directly with each other, and offer customers a wide and balanced assortment. The project helps local agricultural producers enter the market, gain access to high-traffic locations, and reduce the risks of large shipments: they can start with small batches, share costs with cooperative members, and receive support from the SME Corporation in finding locations, negotiating with retailers (the project involves "Pyaterochka," "Magnit," "Perekrestok," "Lenta," and others), as well as consultations on government support measures and finding additional partners in the region. Additionally, preferential lending is available at the SME Bank. In Tatarstan, representatives of small and medium businesses have access to a comprehensive support package, including financial and non-financial instruments, including partner financing products. Assistance is provided by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and its subordinate organizations as part of the implementation of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy."

      Republican entrepreneurs can obtain microloans at preferential rates and use guarantee products if collateral is needed. Businessmen also have access to preferential leasing, financing, and co-financing of 90% of costs for participating in international exhibitions as part of a collective stand. Non-financial support measures for entrepreneurship in Tatarstan include consultations, educational programs, product promotion, certification, property assistance, and other areas.
