The largest developer PIK will consider the issue of leaving the stock exchange.
The board of directors of the developer PIK will consider the issue of the company's exit from the stock exchange on September 7. The relevant message is provided on the website of the corporate information disclosure center. The agenda will also include the question of the buyback price of shares by the company "Real Assets" JSC. "Real Assets" JSC owns more than 98% of the ordinary shares of PIK Group. It has sent a demand to the issuer to buy back all other shares at a price of 551.4 rubles per share. The law gives the majority shareholder the right to buy back shares from minority shareholders when exceeding the threshold of 95%. Against the backdrop of the delisting news, PIK's shares fell by 4.6% to 548.3 rubles per share. As RBC reports, citing the chief analyst of "Alor Broker" Andrey Zatsepin, PIK had previously attempted to cancel its dividend policy and consolidate shares to reduce the number of minority shareholders. The plans to buy back PIK shares at an 11% premium to market prices were reported by "Real Assets" back in April. However, the developer's plans to cancel the dividend policy led to a decline in quotes. As a result, the company sent a new offer. On July 24, the Central Bank decided that the demand for the buyback of PIK's securities did not comply with Russian legislation.
The developer company PIK operates in 10 regions of Russia, including Tatarstan. It mainly specializes in Moscow and the Moscow region. In the first half of 2026, the company's revenue decreased by 12% to 290.1 billion rubles, while net profit fell by 2.2 times to 14.7 billion rubles.
