The management of the Chishma agrofirm in the Fattakhov case has gone on trial.
The management of the company "Agrofirm Chishma", which is mentioned in the criminal case of the former Minister of Education of the republic Engel Fattakhov, ignored the demands of the Aktanysh District Prosecutor’s Office – an administrative offense case has been brought against the company in court. According to Chelny-biz.ru, the materials were sent because the agrofirm’s management failed to comply with the supervisory authority’s demand and did not provide documents on the company’s activities.
Recall that "Agrofirm Chishma" appears in one of the episodes of Fattakhov’s criminal case. According to law enforcement, in 2016–2017 the accused, while serving as the republic’s Minister of Education, forced the director of the company "Chishma" to transfer the company’s property (including a building and special equipment) into the ownership of the organization "Agrofirm Chishma" controlled by Fattakhov. The total value of the assets is 157 million rubles.
Incidentally, "Agrofirm Chishma" is a defendant in another case related to the former Deputy Prime Minister of the republic. This concerns a suit by Tatarstan’s prosecutor Albert Suyargulov seeking the seizure of Fattakhov’s and his relatives’ property worth 650 million rubles. A claim from the head of the supervisory authority has been filed with the Soviet District Court of Kazan to transfer movable and immovable property into the state’s revenue, citing the recent law "On control over the compliance of expenses of persons holding public office, and other persons, with their incomes."
