      Over the past month, Letai increased the mobile network’s capacity by roughly 40 sectors to provide subscribers with a stable connection during large-scale events. The optimization covered major cities of Tatarstan, which, like the republic’s capital, year after year become venues for major events.

      This year the operator reinforced networks near the Oilman’s Day celebration sites in Nizhnekamsk and Almetyevsk, as well as for Republic Day, the capital of which turned 1,020 years old. Subscriber migration between cities and within the capital was at its peak on those days. According to the company’s anonymized data, on August 30 about 25,000 Letai users visited the main location in Kazan near the "Chasha."

      The signal was additionally improved at Ak Bars Arena in Kazan, where the International Contest of Young Performers of Popular Music "New Wave" was held for six days. The concert hall gathered about 3,000 spectators daily, who actively shared content and carried out online reports. To ensure subscribers a stable connection during peak load moments, Letai installed a mobile base station at the event site.

      In total, in August the operator built and modernized 13 telecom infrastructure sites in 11 localities of Tatarstan. As a result, in certain areas data transfer speeds increased by 20–30%, allowing subscribers to use digital services more comfortably.
