TOR "Naberezhnye Chelny": 4 resident companies created about 220 new jobs

      Deputy Head of the Executive Committee Natalia Kropotova highlighted the activities of the Territory of Advanced Development (TOR) in her report: “A significant contribution to the volume of investments is made by the residents of TOR ‘Naberezhnye Chelny.’ Fifty new companies invested 49 billion rubles in their production, of which 2 billion rubles were invested in the first half of the year. The companies directed their funds primarily to the purchase of new equipment.”

      The number of residents of TOR ‘Naberezhnye Chelny’ is growing: four new enterprises were registered in the first half of the year with a total investment volume of more than 611 million rubles and the creation of 218 new jobs. TOR residents are increasing their performance.

A number of serious applications for the production of welded metal structures and auto components are next in line; they were considered by the Investment Council under the Mayor of the city. Since 2016 the share of residents in the volume of shipped products in the city has increased to 15.8%.

      The commitments adopted for 2025 to achieve key indicators have been fully met by the residents, emphasized Natalia Kropotova: “We were able to achieve such results thanks to the active work of our residents and the constant support of the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov and the Government of our republic. The Investment Council, which makes decisions on project approvals, allows entrepreneurs to significantly shorten implementation times and, if necessary, obtain a land plot without holding auctions.”
