As a result of a fire that broke out in a private garage on Matrosov Street, a 32-year-old man died, and two other men, aged 40 and 33, suffered thermal burns and were hospitalized in the Buinsk Central District Hospital. This was reported by the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for Tatarstan.
The report of the fire was received at 17:03. Upon arrival, fire units found that two passenger cars, one truck, the garage and outbuildings were on fire. Firefighters promptly began extinguishing the blaze.
By 17:35 the fire had been localized, and by 17:50 the open flames were completely extinguished. Firefighters discovered the body of a deceased man during extinguishing efforts.
The cause of the fire will be determined by investigators from the State Fire Supervision. Emergency Ministry personnel continue to work at the scene.
