Support for expectant mothers: Tatarstan introduces new one‑time payment for female students
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan has made an important decision aimed at supporting women combining motherhood with education. According to Resolution No. 661 dated September 5, 2025, pregnant full-time students are entitled to a one-time payment of 100,000 rubles. This social support measure is intended to help expectant mothers who are actively studying to create more comfortable conditions for preparing for the birth of a child.
Who can receive the payment?
The right to the one-time payment is granted to pregnant women who meet the following mandatory conditions:
Citizenship: possession of citizenship of the Russian Federation.
Registration: permanent registration in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Education: full-time study at an educational institution (college, technical school, university, etc.) located in Tatarstan.
Medical registration: registration for pregnancy at a state medical institution.
No arrears: the applicant must have no tax arrears.
Amount and application period
Payment amount: 100,000 rubles (one-time).
Application period: An application can be submitted starting from the date the pregnancy reaches 12 weeks and no later than the date of childbirth. It is important to meet this time frame.
Where to apply for the payment?
To arrange the payment, you must personally or through a legal representative contact the branch of the Republican Center for Material Assistance at your place of permanent registration.
What documents are required?
To receive the payment you need to prepare a package of documents:
A copy of a certificate from the educational institution confirming full-time study. Important: the issue date of the certificate must not exceed 30 calendar days at the time of application.
A copy of a certificate from a state medical institution confirming registration for pregnancy with an indication that the pregnancy term is at least 12 weeks. This certificate must also be “recent” — issued no earlier than 30 days before the application.
You must also have your passport for identity verification and confirmation of registration.

The development of the festival and the opening of the museum are planned to be integrated into the tourist route “Volga Trail,” which already includes landmark sites of Tatarstan. Thus, Kyzyl-Bayrak could become a notable point on the republic’s cultural map, combining history, music, and tourism.
