      Thus, the acting justice of the peace of judicial precinct No. 1 for the Chistopol judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan considered an administrative offence case against citizen M. under part 4 of Article 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation. During the consideration of the case it was established that in September 2025 in the evening near one of the houses on Ibragimova Street in the city of Chistopol, M. was driving a car while having been deprived of the right to drive vehicles. M. committed the administrative offence repeatedly; earlier, in September 2024, she had been brought to administrative responsibility under part 2 of Article 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.

      The fact of the administrative offence and M.’s guilt were confirmed by the materials collected in the administrative offence case.

      The justice of the peace, taking into account the nature of the administrative offence committed, the personality of the offender, her financial situation, as well as mitigating and aggravating circumstances of administrative liability, found M. guilty of committing the administrative offence provided for in part 4 of Article 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation and imposed on her a penalty in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 50,000 rubles.

      The ruling has not entered into legal force and may be appealed by the participants in the administrative offence proceedings. Press service of the court.
