A resident of Kazan wanted to buy a pedigreed kitten and found a suitable ad on the internet. She agreed with the seller in a messenger and transferred 24 thousand rubles to him for the animal and its delivery. After receiving the money the fraudster deleted the correspondence and stopped responding. The woman never received the kitten. A criminal case on fraud has been opened in connection with this incident.
