Tatarstan police detained a 19-year-old driver who staged a dangerous chase that crossed the border into Bashkortostan. The incident occurred near the settlement of Urussu, where a traffic police crew noticed a Nissan Almera without state license plates. The driver ignored the order to stop and tried to flee, driving in the oncoming lane and breaking traffic rules.
Police fired at the car’s wheels after the violator created a threat to other road users. The arrest took place on the territory of the city of Oktyabrsky in Bashkiria. It turned out that the reckless driver did not have a driving license and was secretly using a relative’s car. Seven administrative protocols were drawn up against him, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan reports.
