      Advanced training courses for school leaders on state control in the field of education have started

      At the Institute for the Development of Education of the Republic of Tatarstan, advanced training courses have begun for the leadership of general education organizations on the topic "State control (supervision) in the field of education."

      Sixty-five directors and deputy directors for academic affairs from 43 municipal districts of the republic have enrolled in the training program.

      Over the course of a week, participants will become familiar with the main areas of activity of the Department for Supervision and Control in the Field of Education, study new regulatory legal acts and current changes in federal legislation.

      On the first day of the courses the following gave lectures:

      - S.N. Zakharova, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan — Head of the Department for Supervision and Control, lectured on state policy in the field of education and on the procedures for testing and admission to study under the educational programs of primary, basic and secondary general education for foreign citizens and stateless persons.

      - G.R. Khilou, Head of the Department of Analytical, Information and Organizational Support of the Department, covered the issues "Responsibility of an educational organization's administration in managing information systems: e-education, educational records" and "Main communication tools for educational organizations. Functional capabilities of the Sferum digital service in MAX."

      - I.I. Mironova, Head of the Licensing Control Department for Educational Organizations, spoke in detail about the qualification requirements for teaching staff.

      - A.A. Shaidullina, Senior Advisor of the Licensing Control Department, explained the procedure for implementing additional general developmental programs.

      - I.Z. Nizamov, Leading Specialist of the Licensing Control Department, reminded attendees about the creation of special conditions for persons with disabilities and individuals with special needs in educational organizations.

      After each lecture, Department representatives answered participants' questions.

      The courses are aimed at improving the competencies of heads of educational institutions in complying with the mandatory requirements of legislation in the field of education.
