Under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Small and Medium Entrepreneurship, federal coordinator of the "Entrepreneurship" project of the United Russia party, Alfiya Kogogina, a meeting of the working group on the implementation of state programs in the field of industry and the attraction of federal funds into the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan was held.

      "We hold the meetings of our working group, by our joint decision with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, always on site, at actual production facilities, in the cities and districts of the republic. What is good about the field approach? Undoubtedly that, in addition to the meeting itself, we visit industrial sites, industrial parks, and educational institutions that train specialists for core industries," Kogogina commented.

      This time the venue for the event was Nizhnekamsk and the city's industrial enterprises. Meeting participants familiarized themselves with the work of the Center for the Development of Engineering and Technical Expertise "SIBURINTECH-NK", the Nizhnekamsk Chemical-Technological Institute, as well as a number of residents of the Nizhnekamsk industrial park, among them a small technology company — manufacturer of electrical engineering equipment LLC "Piton Kama" and the manufacturer of industrial refrigeration and ventilation equipment LLC "SOVITAL".

      "Live communication with the management of industrial enterprises, entrepreneurs, and representatives of higher education is a wonderful opportunity to receive feedback on the implementation of state industrial policy on the ground," the deputy noted.

      During the meeting the current results of work on state programs for industrial development were discussed.

      "Over the nine months of 2025 more than 94 billion rubles of federal funds have been attracted into the republic's economy. In particular, Tatarstan enterprises received 86 billion rubles in targeted subsidies as compensation for costs related to the development of industrial parks, for R&D, etc., as well as 8 billion rubles in concessional loans from the Industrial Development Fund," reported the First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan, Rodion Karpov.

      Also participating in the meeting were the Deputy Head of the Nizhnekamsk District Lenar Akhmetov, representatives of the Investment Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, and industrial enterprises of the republic.
