Users of the MAX messenger will be able to receive important notifications from the federal public services portal, the Russian Ministry of Digital Development said.
Notifications about doctor appointments, application statuses and fines are consolidated in one place — the "Gosuslugi" chatbot in MAX.
Fines can be paid immediately without leaving the messenger — payment notifications will also appear in the chatbot, the agency clarified.
To receive alerts in the national messenger, accounts on MAX and on "Gosuslugi" must be linked to the same phone number.
The list of notifications that will be delivered to MAX can be configured in your account on the Russian public services portal.
"Tatar-inform" was one of the first media outlets in Tatarstan to start operating on MAX and launched its own channel, "Tatar-inform. Main", where the republic's main news is published.
