Deputy Igor Bikeev has been recognized as Tatarstan's best educator.

      State Council deputy, first prorector, prorector for research of the Kazan Innovative University named after V.G. Timiryasov, and lecturer of the Russian Society "Znanie", Igor Bikeev, has been recognized as the best public educator of Tatarstan. The winners were selected by the honorary jury of the "Znanie. Prize" competition, which included Deputy Prime Ministers and ministers of the Russian Federation, prominent statesmen, and representatives of science, arts, business, and sports.

      In 2024–2025 Igor Bikeev gave lectures and other educational events more than 40 times, including on television and radio, and also provided over 50 expert comments to the press on a wide range of issues. The reach of his educational activities includes the Russian Federation and friendly states, including BRICS member and partner countries, and reaches hundreds of thousands of listeners, viewers, and readers. A separate series of talks was addressed to the residents of the Kursk region, who suffered brutal attacks from Ukrainian neo-Nazis.

      This year the jury reviewed projects from 112 nominees from 30 regions of Russia and four foreign countries. For the first time this year, the best regional educator and the best educational project were chosen in each of the country’s 89 federal subjects. They received the first-ever regional "Znanie.Prize" awards.
