A bright symbol of 2026 — a horse — has appeared in the Kaibitsky park "Dubrava".
Handsome, isn’t he? The snow horse was sculpted by employees of the Council and the district executive committee. And the chief "sculptor" Liliya Zakirova was awarded by the district head Albert Rakhmatullin at the year-end final business meeting. On the eve of the New Year the "Dubrava" park turned into a true winter fairy tale.
