A bright symbol of 2026 — a horse — has appeared in the Kaibitsky park "Dubrava".
Handsome, isn’t he? The snow horse was sculpted by employees of the Council and the district executive committee. And the chief "sculptor" Liliya Zakirova was awarded by the district head Albert Rakhmatullin at the year-end final business meeting. As noted, the lawyer Rishat Shakirov also made a major contribution to creating this beauty.
On the eve of the New Year the "Dubrava" park turned into a true winter fairy tale. Employees of various organizations created amazing sculptures from snow — each of them magical and unique in its own way. These snow masterpieces attract glances and lure people who come to the park to relax and enjoy the festive atmosphere. And in the very center of the park stands a Christmas tree decorated with bright lights: it shimmers, glows and fills everything around with a sense of wonder and joy. The winter festival of snow sculptures is a welcome tradition in the Kaibitsky district.
