      Currently, 388 snow‑removal units are deployed on roads of regional significance in Tatarstan. At night, 288 vehicles carried out maintenance, the press service of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tatarstan reported.

      Over the past 24 hours, the following were used to combat ice and snow drifts:

      3,930 tons of sand‑salt mixture;

      86 tons of salt;

      5 tons of salt solution.

      No incidents were recorded at aviation, water or railway transport facilities, or on bridges over rivers.

      Icy road conditions persist, locally severe. Drivers are asked to be cautious and to maintain a safe distance.
