       Expert market analysis showed that over the past year, the total rental cost of housing across the country has increased on average by 5 to 15% – depending on the region.

In the capital of Tatarstan, the average rental price for an apartment is 36.4 thousand rubles. Meanwhile, in most regions, prices have stabilized or even slightly decreased. For example, the most affordable housing is offered in Voronezh (22.4 thousand), Volgograd (22.7 thousand), and Omsk (23.9 thousand). As previously reported by Rosstat, the cost of a fixed set of consumer goods and services in Tatarstan reached 22,217 rubles.
